While I don't wish to be held legally responsible for any mystical outcomes, to wear a Cyb3rW3nch piece is to adorn yourself with a modern talisman, a charm for protection, and a lightning rod for good fortune.
The jewelry is magickal because of the energetic intention that went into creating it, and because you are wearing it.
In the end, your true will is yours alone.
When will my order ship?
Well my child, that depends —
- If you order multiple items, all items will ship when the last item in the order is ready.
- Ready 2 Ship items will be sent out within 1 week of purchase unless otherwise noted on the store announcement banner at the top of the site. If your order is urgent, I invite you to mention that in the order notes or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org — I am an accommodating wench <3
- Made 2 Order items are 3D printed by me as soon as you place an order, and then cast one at a time ethically and locally right here in NYC. This process is delicate — although it's often faster, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping confirmation.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
Because Cyb3rW3nch is a small business operated by one lone wench, I cannot offer free returns or exchanges at this time. That is to say that all purchases on cyb3rw3nch.net are final sale barring extenuating circumstances. I am nothing, if not a fair wench...
If you have a problem or question about your order please use the contact form to let me know and I will determine if you qualify for a partial refund.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if something's wrong so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item breaks: Please note that Cyb3rW3nch pieces are wearable art pieces and should always be worn with care — no matter how much energy and thought goes into each design, fragility is inevitable.
If your item breaks, I will always work with you to find a solution. Please use the contact form to let me know and I will determine if I can offer a replacement or partial refund.
Refunds and partial refunds (if applicable):
At this time, I can only offer full refunds under two circumstances, and in either case arrangements can be made via the contact form:
1. If your package is returned to sender due to a delivery issue
2. If you pay for return shipping.
This is because my pieces are already priced as low as possible, and include free shipping at the time of purchase — sadly my small wench-owned business has not yet grown a money tree to cover multiple shipping labels for each customer.
If you do decide to return, I will notify you once I've received and inspected your item, and will confirm your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
