Refund policy

Because Cyb3rW3nch is a small business operated by one lone wench, free returns and exchanges are not offered at this time. That is to say that all purchases on cyb3rw3nch.net are final sale barring extenuating circumstances. Cyb3rW3nch is nothing if not a fair wench... 

If you have a problem or question about your order please use the contact form or write to orders@cyb3rw3nch.net to find out if you qualify for a partial refund.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Cyb3rW3nch immediately if something's wrong so the issue can be evaluated and made right. 

If your item breaks: 

If your item breaks, Cyb3rW3nch will always work with you to find a solution. Please use the contact form or write to orders@cyb3rw3nch.net to find out if you qualify for a replacement or partial refund.

Please note that Cyb3rW3nch pieces are wearable art pieces and should always be worn with care — no matter how much energy and thought goes into each design, fragility is inevitable. 

Refunds and partial refunds (if applicable): 

At this time, full refunds are only offered under two circumstances, and in either case arrangements can be made via the contact form or writing to orders@cyb3rw3nch.net:

1. If your package is returned to sender and successfully arrives at Cyb3rW3nch HQ after a delivery issue.
2. If you pay for a return shipping generated by Cyb3rW3nch.  

If you move forward with your return, Cyb3rW3nch will notify you once your it's been received and inspected, and your refund will be confirmed or denied accordingly. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
